OLINVILLE, the Bronx (PIX11) — A man hit a subway passenger with a bag full of food in the Bronx on Thursday before hitting the victim in a one-sided attack, police said.
The 28-year-old victim was on Southbound Train 2 on East Gun Hill Road and White Plains Road when the man attacked, officials said. After hitting the victim with a bag of food, the attacker repeatedly punched the subway passenger in the face and drew a knife.
Police asked for help in identifying the attackers. He is believed to be in his 40s. The man is of medium build and has short black hair in his facial hair and braids. He was last seen wearing a multicolored jacket and black sneakers.
