Big Pinks BBQ featured on “Diners, Drive-in, and Dives”

Guy Fieri must really love New Jersey: A little over a week after one episode of the Jersey-centric “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives” aired, Bridgewater’s food truck hit the iconic Food Network I just got word that it will be picked up by show.

According to the patch, DDD will be filming the episode at the food truck Big Pinks BBQ in Bridgewater. It advertises offering a “Jersey Style Q” because the track is uniquely styled.

New Jersey is a place with lots of great ethnic food. We try to combine those styles to create new flavors. I’m experimenting with new ways to make unique New Jersey-style BBQ, such as baby back rib egg rolls and burnt-edged shepherd’s pie!

Big Pinks also boasts sides and homemade sauces.

Fieri was just in Somerville, highlighting Turf Surf and Earth. Turf Surf and Earth bills itself as “a ‘fast casual restaurant’ with an exciting selection of fare such as burgers, chicken and seafood, and many plant-based options served your way. “

Fieri, mayor of Flavortown, has visited restaurants throughout the Garden State, from Cape May to Hoboken.

“Diner, Drive-In, Dive” first aired on the Food Network in 2007 and is now one of the network’s signature shows. Fieri began his culinary career at the age of ten, selling his soft pretzels at fairs and rodeos. He got his start on television by winning ‘The Next Foodnetwork Star’ and got his own series. The rest is history.
