Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI), the world’s leading commercial real estate services company, has secured a lease for the entire 59th floor of the Chrysler Building from Arena Investors, LP, a global institutional asset manager announced that it did. To provide flexibility for its many employees, Arena Investors also signed a five-year lease for a Class A building at 2500 Westchester Avenue in Purchase, New York. Our convenient location gives employees access to Interstate 287, Metro North trains, and downtown White Plains from our new office. Arena Investors leased his 4,000 square feet on the fourth floor for his six years. The rent for this space was $35 per square foot. The four-story office building also has amenities for employee enjoyment, including 24-hour access, a convenience store, dry cleaning, a food court, and a private gym for tenants only.

AJ Camhi, Paul Milunec, and Rob Weller of RFR Realty represented the landlord in the Chrysler Building lease. CBRE’s Brian Carcaterra, Sheera Reimer and Mike McCall represented the landlord in the lease at 2500 Westchester Avenue.
