This study was commissioned to provide the real estate industry with statistically accurate data on teams. The survey sample consists of 500 currently licensed and operating real estate agents working with at least one other person on the real estate team, such as an assistant, partner, or another real estate agent . The survey also provides valuable insight into the opinions of his team members regarding management and leadership style, culture, training, and more.
