Emily Blunt has joined the cast of ‘The Fall Guys’ alongside Ryan Gosling.
The 39-year-old actress has been tapped to star alongside the star of “Gray Man,” a new movie inspired by the 1980s television series of the same name.
David Leach directed the film and also produced 87North Banner with partner Kelly McCormick.
Drew Pearce, who worked with Leach on the Fast and Furious spin-off Hobbs and Shaw, wrote the script and executive produced the film. Gosling is also the producer for this project.
Plot details are yet to be revealed, but the film is set to release in March 2024.
The original series aired on ABC from 1981 to 1986 and featured Lee Majors as a Hollywood stuntman who also makes ends meet as a bounty hunter.
Douglas Burr co-starred as his sidekick and Heather Thomas played a fellow stunt performer.
Emily has previously revealed that she enjoys playing adventurous roles and enjoys “leaping into the unknown” when she takes on roles.
Reflecting on her role as botanist Lily Horton in Jungle Cruise, Star said: And that’s the theory as to why I think I’m with them.
“So I don’t think I’m as adventurous as Lily, but I love leaping into the unknown. I really love it. I love every choice I make. I just love doing things that move.” So the hopeful spirit she had was close to home.I loved it.I got it.
