Best bet: Jets Moneyline (+114)
After an elite week of joint practice, we’re betting that Flacco and the Jets will win.
The Falcons and Jets have spent the past week practicing with each other. In typical New York fashion, one of the biggest talking points was how strong the Jets offense, with Flacco at the helm, looked.
There were many highlights. Many Jets offensive his players have spoken out and discussed how well the offense has worked with the veteran passer at center.
‘Flacco has a lot of experience,’ rookie wide receiver Garrett Wilson said“I feel like everything about him is. He can slow down a bit and put some pace on the ball. He’s doing a good job of making the pass receivers friendly.”
“They are very easy to catch,” he added.

I don’t think the relegation from Wilson to Flacco will be that harsh.
Marcus Mariota will only play a handful of snaps in Atlanta. He went 2-for-2 in Week 1, adding 23 rushing yards and a touchdown to the ground.

Desmond Ridder, who will likely play most of the snap with the Falcons, struggled in his preseason debut. The rookie went 10-for-22 with two touchdowns. He added his 59 rushing yards on a fumble in a run game.

Over 38.5 points (-114): Both the Jets and Falcons surpassed this total in Week 1 of the preseason. New York beat the Philadelphia Eagles 24–21 for a combined total of 45 points, while Atlanta beat the Detroit Lions 27–23 for a total of 50 points.
The two teams also feature very young offenses, so starters will need to see a solid number of reps. We will be back on Monday night.
