Shreveport, Louisiana (KSLA) — The Prize Foundation will announce the first finalists on Monday evening, August 15th.
First of all, seven chefs competing for Come and Get It at the prize festival.
The Food Prize finalists will be announced on Monday at 6pm on the Louisiana Food Prize Facebook page and PrizeCast YouTube page.
The nominees for the Golden Fork Save a Chef competition (in alphabetical order) are Ken Bailey, Megan Chavez, Jessica Comegys, Anthony Felan, Ryan Gillespie, Niema Longstratt, Eleazar Mondragon, Tootie Morrison, Jon Otiz, John Strand and Sean Sullivan.
Other finalists to be announced this week include:
- The fashion awards finalists will be held at Great Raft Brewery on Wednesday, August 17th at 7:30pm.
- The Top 20 Film Awards will be announced on Thursday, August 20 at 6pm at the Robinson Film Center.
The Prize Foundation will announce two more finalists online next week.
- Music Prize finalists on Tuesday, August 23rd at 6pm,
- Finalists for the Comedy Awards on Thursday, August 25th at 6pm.

Prize Fest 2022 will take place October 14-23 in downtown Shreveport.
