As a way to celebrate and reward employees as they return to work this fall, GFP Real Estate is launching an exciting new “Fall NFL 2022 Presents” Host a contest to give tenants the chance to win VIP tickets to a Giants or Jets game at MetLife Stadium.
Beginning this September, tenants (and their employees) across the GFP Real Estate portfolio will be able to win one of 238 pairs of tickets to a Giants or Jets home game in the 2022-23 regular season. You can enter every day. The winner will receive complimentary food and beverages while enjoying the game in his VIP suite at MetLife Stadium. Each pair of tickets is worth about $3500.
The company’s Fall NFL 2022 Giveaway follows GFP Real Estate’s successful “Summer Concert Giveaway” contest this summer, where tenants won one of more than 230 pairs of tickets to join MetLife this summer. I have been able to attend some of the most popular concerts. Stadiums include Coldplay, Paul McCartney, The Weeknd, Elton John, Lady Gaga, Kenny Chesney and Red Hot Chili Peppers respectively. He received more than 18,000 entries from tenants across the company’s New York City portfolio.
GFP Chairman and Principal Jeff Gural said: real estate. “Ultimately, the sooner people can get back to the office, the faster New York City’s businesses, restaurants and retailers will recover. That’s the end goal.”
To enter the contest, tenants scan the QR code on the contest poster displayed in their respective office lobbies. Each participant can scan/enter once per day for him to win. Winners will be selected approximately one week prior to each event. Tenants looking to increase their chances of winning are encouraged to come into the office each day. GFP Real Estate’s Fall NFL 2022 Giveaway will run until the end of the year, with the final draw coming his late December.
Throughout the year, GFP Real Estate has offered additional benefits and incentives at its properties to celebrate tenants’ return to work. This summer, the company hosted ice cream socials across its portfolio and also offered free coffee and donuts to tenants. In 2021, GFP Real Estate supported the city’s ongoing recovery with the #GFPRECARES campaign, showcasing a series of public murals created by award-winning illustrator Anthony Russo.
During the pandemic, GFP Real Estate has continued to assist businesses and organizations wherever possible and provide ongoing support to ensure the survival and recovery of tenants and neighbors. In total, the company has helped more than half of its tenants through the pandemic.
