Working alone allows Jason Newman to get to know his clients on a personal level, provide superior service, and develop lifelong relationships with every buyer, seller, and investor he represents.
Newman, real estate broker at @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, said: “I am passionate about real estate and love helping my clients find their dream homes and sell them for the highest possible price.”
Patient, professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, he understands each client’s needs, manages expectations and provides the guidance necessary to achieve their goals.
A fifth-generation Chicago citizen and a practicing foreclosure law attorney in all areas where real estate is sold, Neumann’s knowledge of the markets, places, schools, and amenities of each community is unmatched. He has also been a homeowner and real estate investor for over 20 years and knows his area well. Newman resides in Chicago on his north shore and his beach in Long, Indiana and sells real estate in and around his hometown.
His passion for real estate, combined with his natural ability to counsel and advocate for homeowners, has helped him beat the competition and earn the Road to Rolex Award in 2021.
Before joining @properties in 2015, he owned his own brokerage, but switched to @properties because he knew he had the tools he needed to best serve his clients. I was. “My experience as a litigator provides me with an intangible asset that allows me to analyze and negotiate each transaction in ways that other agents simply cannot,” he says. “My clients value my candor and involvement in all aspects of a transaction from start to finish.”
A happily married father of two daughters, Newman is also a retired hockey coach who spent five seasons as manager and varsity head coach at Lane Tech High School.
