Jennette McCurdy wants Ariana Grande to read her new memoir, “I’m Glad My Mom Died.”
The former “iCarly” star “doesn’t know” if the “Thank U Next” pop princess, who she co-starred in Nickelodeon’s “Sam and Cat,” will get a copy of her new book, but it A fun read for everyone.”
The 30-year-old former actress told Entertainment Tonight:
In the new book, Jennette admits to being jealous of her co-workers who will be written out of episodes for her burgeoning singing career in season one in 2013.
She wrote: A movie while Ariana was whistling at the Billboard Music Awards?
Jennette elaborated on why she’s “resentful of being a good sport,” an attribute she’s admired.
She explains: This sh**** hairstyle on this sh**** set. Maybe my life would be very different than it is now. I fantasize it would be different. “I’m pursuing her music career and I’m acting in a box. I’m mad about it. And I’m mad at her. And I’m mad at her.” I am jealous.”
Jennette was “broken” when Ariana attended a glam soiree performing a charade at Tom Hanks’ house.
She said: “That was the moment I broke. I couldn’t take it anymore. A musical performance and a magazine cover. Whatever, I’ll get through it. Won an Academy Award and was nominated six times.” Tom Hanks’ house?
