John L. Scott Real Estate Announces Acquisition of Southern Oregon — RISMedia

John L. Scott Real Estate recently announced that Medford, Ashland and Eugene will transition from franchise operations to company-owned offices. Founded more than 20 years ago, the company says its offices are renowned for their innovative approach, with its Medford and Ashland offices consistently ranking #1 in local market share.

The acquisition of these three offices brings John L. Scott’s company-owned network to a total of 39 offices in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Additionally, the office’s 211 brokers will come under his John L. Scott umbrella, which is owned by the firm, the firm said.

Office leadership remains consistent throughout the transition, with general manager Tiffany Wilkerson continuing to lead the three offices.

“After more than 20 years as an affiliate of John L. Scott, we are pleased to announce our next step in reaffirming our commitment to Southern Oregon and the Pacific Northwest by announcing a change to the company-owned side of our business. I think,” said Wilkerson. “While the day-to-day operations of our brokers will remain the same, this acquisition will streamline some of our back-end processes and connect our offices in Medford, Ashland and Eugene to the larger John L. Scott network. It will be so.”

J. Lennox Scott, Chairman and CEO of John L. Scott Real Estate, agreed with Mr. Wilkerson and said the acquisition was a strategic move for both parties.

“We have admired the vision and growth of the Medford, Ashland and Eugene offices over the years and are thrilled to welcome them to John L. Scott’s company-owned side.” Scott said. “The entire Southern Oregon team has developed a positive culture centered around delivering unparalleled trading excellence to our clients. Qualified and passionate Southern Oregon Broker Associates, Office Staff , with the support of the leadership team, will continue to do great things.”
