The current holders of the evidence of debt secured by the trust deeds set forth herein have filed notice of election and demand for sale in accordance with the law and the provisions of such trust deeds.

Accordingly, I agree to participate in a public auction on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 10:00 am at the Accounting Office, 505 Harrison Avenue, Leadville, Colorado, and sell to the highest bidder for cash. I will take this into consideration and notify you here. for the purpose of paying the debt set forth in the proof of debt secured by the deed of trust, all interests of the real estate, and the transferor, the transferor’s heirs and assignees, and attorneys’ fees, as permitted by law; will issue the purchaser a proof of purchase for the cost of the sale and other items covered by the Company, and all required by law.
