The 28-year-old pop star postponed a series of concerts earlier this year after being diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome — a rare neurological condition in which he suffered from facial paralysis — Justin said socially. The singer, who performed in Brazil over the weekend, said on her Instagram story: Justice was unable to complete the North American leg of her tour, and after resting and consulting with her doctors, family and team, went to Europe to continue her tour.

“Last weekend, I performed at Rock in Rio and gave my all to the Brazilian people. After coming off stage, exhaustion hit me and I realized that now I need to prioritize my health. So I’m taking a break from touring for the time being.I’m fine, but I need time to rest and recover.”

Justin also thanks his fans for their recent support.

“We are so proud to bring this show and our message of justice to the world. Thank you for your prayers and support all this time! I love you all passionately!”

Earlier this year, Justin opened up about his experiences with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome.

In a video message, the pop star showed how the virus paralyzed half of his face.

“As you can see, these eyes aren’t blinking. You can’t smile on this side of your face. These nostrils won’t move.”
