Kentwood Real Estate Partners with Zavvie on New iBuyer Program

Kentwood Advantage aims to give Colorado home sellers and home buyers more choice, maximize profits, and find the best way to win offers.

Inman learns that Colorado-based broker Kentwood Real Estate has begun partnering with proptech company zavvie to launch a new iBuying program for home buyers and sellers.

The program, called Kentwood Advantage, aims to help home sellers maximize their profits and choose new homes before selling their existing homes. It will also help homebuyers find the best way to acquire offers for new homes through access to his New Cash Offers program, Kentwood said.

“Kentwood Advantage offers sellers and buyers all options in one place,” said Gretchen Rosenberg, CEO of Kentwood, in a statement. “Real estate is no longer a one-size-fits-all program for buyers and sellers. It just doesn’t work in today’s changing real estate market. They want to understand what works best for them.”

Kentwood Advantage gives homebuyers access to a new cash offer program. It claims to help you get home offers faster through the services of partner iBuyers like Curbio, Divvy, Feeasy, HomeGo, HomeVestors, Offerpad and Opendoor. The program also includes a rent-to-own option.

Home sellers will benefit from pre-listing immediate full cash offers from home buyers, pre-sale bridge programs that allow new homes to be purchased before the old home is sold, and home improvement services that enable repairs. You can choose. I won’t pay until the house sells.

The program’s software will be powered by zavvie, which will help brokerages build marketplaces and new core services.
