Starting September 2022, the county’s online auctions will be hosted by Realauction.com. The site is live and ready for registration, and the last date for registration is September 8, 2022. The auction will be held according to the following schedule. The first bids will open on September 14, 2022 at 9:00 AM PT. The second offer will start on September 21, 2022 at 9:00 AM PT. The third offer will start on September 28, 2022 at 9:00 AM PT.
Anyone wishing to participate in this year’s sale must register and pay a deposit of $2,500 or 5% of the maximum expected bid (whichever is greater). Security deposits will be applied to winning payments, where applicable, and will be refunded upon bidder’s request. Potential bidders may also complete surveys on the site. This includes links to sites such as those of real estate appraisers. Full terms and conditions of sale are also available on his website for the auction.
