For the first time in its 15-year history, Cos is expanding into wholesale operations with three new partnerships with Yoox, Nordstrom and German department store Breuninger.
Owned by the H&M Group, Cos will launch on Yoox’s online channel in September and will be available for purchase on all live markets.
Meanwhile, Nordstrom will begin selling Cos products in five New York-area stores on September 13, coinciding with New York Fashion Week.
The fashion retailer will also launch Breuninger’s online platform in early October, making it available for purchase in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Poland.
Cos Managing Director Lea Rytz Goldman said:
“We recognize that the retail landscape is changing and partnering with best-in-class multi-brand retailers that complement our DNA will allow us to grow new and We need to cater to our existing customers so we can attract and inspire them in more locations.”
Cos operates 12 physical stores in the US, opening its first London store in 2007, followed by an online store in 2011.
