Kourtney Kardashian is the latest ambassador for British fast fashion brand Boohoo and will be joining her at New York Fashion Week.
The ‘Kardashians’ star has partnered with brands to launch two sustainable capsule collections focused on addressing sustainability challenges and helping others shop eco-friendly. In keeping with Kardashian’s edgy personal style, the line features a palette of black, red, white, and pastel pink with elements like leather, latex, reptile embossing, and tattoo prints.
“When Boohoo first approached me with this idea of sustainability and style, I was concerned about the impact of the fast fashion industry on the planet. “We responded with a desire to incorporate it into the ongoing change,” Kardashian said in a statement. The debut of the collection will be announced with several activations. In one upcoming content series, Kardashian will speak with specialists in areas such as textiles, upcycling, and worker welfare, including Stephanie Shepard, Tim Nelson, John Hickling, Christina Dean, Stephen Bethel, and Patrick Duffy. There will also be a Buy Now runway show during his New York Fashion Week when the first collection goes live online on September 13th at 12pm EST. A second collection will also be presented in Spring 2023.

In particular, this collection is Boohoo’s commitment to sustainability and customer concerns. The line features styles from two vintage sources and a calming take from recycled textiles, sequins and polyester, traceable materials, and transparent information about creating garments for customers.
“We know that producing clothes has environmental and social costs, but there are ways to make the fashion industry smarter,” Boohoo co-founder Carol Kane said in a statement.
