It has been on the market for almost two years and has had several owners since Kelly, who paid $1.1 million in 1994 and sold it for $2.25 million in 2002. Kelly, facing guilt, sold it to Peak6 Capital founder Matthew Halsiser in 2002, which he sold in 2005 for $2.4 million. This home he sold again in 2006 for $3 million and in 2008 due to a foreclosure he sold for just $1 million.
