Michelle Branch has been charged with domestic violence against her estranged husband Patrick Carney.
At 2:08 a.m. local time on August 11, 2022, police were called to his home in Nashville, Nashville, due to a possible domestic disturbance, Page Six confirmed.
She was arrested “without incident” after she admitted to slapping the Black Keys drummer “once or twice in the face,” according to court documents.

Kearney had no visible facial injuries, according to the complaint.
The Davidson County Sheriff’s Office told the Page Six Branch that the 39-year-old was released Thursday after posting $1,000 bail.
She was initially ordered to be detained for 12 hours, but was released early “because she was breastfeeding an infant,” the documents read.
Branch has a hearing scheduled for Nov. 7 to face domestic assault charges for aggressive/provocative conduct.
Page Six said a representative for the singer did not immediately return a request for comment.
