New York real estate broker Hector Gavira has announced the opening of a new brokerage firm, CENTURY 21 Realty Specialists, in Melville and Suffolk Counties, New York. The new office will serve his PIVOT program, which serves both conventional and foreclosed properties, the company said.
According to the release, the company has secured a relationship with RebuildNY.com, a local homeowner assistance program that offers a variety of relief programs for homeowners facing foreclosure. Under the terms of the contract, RebuildNY.com will provide homeowner advocacy training to agents on how to offer the program to homeowners facing foreclosure. The program is meant to help homeowners who want both selling and retaining home options, the release said.
“The main reason I chose to partner with CENTURY 21 was® Because their focus on valuing consumers and quality service is perfectly aligned with our culture and the way we treat agents and their clients,” Gabila said. We know it’s a little bit of a frenzy, which is what makes our relationship with RebulildNY.com all the more valuable to our agents, homeowners, and homebuyers.
CENTURY 21 Realty Specialists’ new office, located at 90 Broadhollow Rd. Melville, New York, will serve homeowners, homebuyers and investors across Long Island and five boroughs, the company said.
Century 21 Real Estate LLC President and CEO Mike Miedler said: “This is amazing news for us, but more importantly, it’s even better for the real estate consumers his team serves in New York.”
