New Indian restaurant Rang NYC at 11-03 44th Ave. in Long Island City is set to open on Monday, August 15, just in time to celebrate India’s Independence Day.
Executive Chef and Owner Abhishek Sharma has devised a menu featuring small and large plates packed with the flavor of Indian cuisine. In Manhattan, where he also owns Madam Ji and Swagat, Sharma grew up learning traditional cooking from his father and plans to bring it to Rang NYC.
