Established through the 2021 American Rescue Plan, PAHAF will address mortgage delinquencies and prevent defaults, evictions, and foreclosures for eligible Pennsylvania homeowners facing financial hardship due to the coronavirus pandemic. Provide financial support to avoid.
The fund will provide assistance of up to $30,000 per homeowner for the following mortgage and housing-related expenses:
- mortgage repayment: Funds, if included in the mortgage payment, to return the original mortgage to its present condition and pay other housing-related expenses such as taxes and insurance.
