Ben Kneadler is a commercial real estate agent who provides excellent customer service through good client relationships and is part of the NAI Select brokerage team. NAI Select is a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in the sale, leasing and management of commercial real estate in Boise, providing due diligence analysis, site selection and development consulting services.
Starting in construction and general contracting, Mr. Kneadler’s brokerage career began in 2002 after four years as a public school teacher and coach. For the past 16 years he has worked as a commercial real estate broker in his area of Treasure He Valley. Through his experience in construction and development, he assists clients in all aspects of the entire transaction.
Needler prides itself on doing the right thing for its clients and focuses on finding solutions that benefit all parties involved. He is always looking for new opportunities to build his expertise. His positions include Panera Bread, Red Robin, Lucky Peak Coffee, Commercial Tire, Interface Properties, Eisenberg Company, Woodbury Corporation, Idaho Power and Ferguson Supply.
Outside of work, Niedler is active in community volunteer work at his church. He has also coached many youth sports teams. In the past, from fourth grade to her sixth grade, he held several summer camps for over 200 male students.
