SHINNSTON, W.Va. (WBOY) – Blackwell Realty Group LLC cut the ribbon Friday morning to celebrate joining the community.
This business is a full service real estate company. They not only work with another company to create blueprints from their office, they also help them find and sell homes. This group can also help find connections with construction contractors.
Duane Blackwell, owner and broker of a new real estate group, has been in the design business out of his home office for the last 15-20 years. He worked as an agent for a Fairmont company before starting his own business. The office has been there for the past three months, but on Friday we celebrated Sinston’s new business.
When going into the office, Blackwell said he can expect a warm and caring environment where customers feel free to walk in and ask what they need.
In an interview with 12 News, Blackwell said: Well, months of work to get here and today is technically my 44th birthday, so he planned it all in one day. And I’m so grateful to have a community here, friends and family, and my family at church who have embraced me and want me to succeed. ”
It’s only Blackwell right now, so times will be tough at first, but if the door is locked and you have a sign up, just call the phone number on the door and they’ll advise you to get it back in as soon as possible.
