PHOENIX — Real estate developer and construction company Clayco broke ground on a four-building flexible industrial development in Mesa this week.
Power Industrial, located in the Pecos Advanced Manufacturing Zone on the southeast corner of Pecos and Power roads, is expected to complete construction by March 2023, according to a press release.
“Mesa continues to receive inquiries from companies looking for exactly this type of building product,” Mesa Mayor John Giles said in a statement.
“Power Industrial will be a great addition to our neighborhood of high quality industrial products. We are grateful for the continued partnership and investment between Newport Commercial and the City of Mesa in Craco.
The single-story development offers potential tenants 583,955 square feet of leasable industrial space. Allows access to his 69kV transmission of water, natural gas, fiber optics, and the Salt River Project.
“The investment and jobs that Clayco will bring to the 583,955 square feet of leased industrial space will be a great asset to this already thriving region,” Sixth District Councilman Kevin Thompson said in a statement. “This is exactly what we have been striving for and Power Industrial will be a great addition to our gateway area, our citizens and our community.”
Clayco has partnered with Newport Commercial, Principal and Manncor Realty Advisors on this project.
