Real Estate Rumors: Wolford, SoulCycle, Apple

By Andrew McIntyre (6:31 PM EDT, Aug. 15, 2022) — Austrian clothing company Wolford has reached a deal to lease 1,000 square feet in Washington, the Commercial Observer reported Monday. The company has reportedly secured space at 1238 Wisconsin Ave. NW, which is owned by his EastBanc.

New York-based SoulCycle plans to close its last remaining store in Canada, Retail Insider reported Sunday, citing a source familiar with the matter. Leaving space in Toronto’s First Capital REIT’s Yorkville Village shopping center, which has been leasing 4,038 square feet since 2016.
