Joyner began his real estate career during a market downturn, at a time when foreclosures and short sales were common. Working for Baird & Warner’s foreclosure team has been a great learning experience for her. She now also represents high-end clients and enjoys representing buyers and sellers at all price points.
Joyner’s past career has taken her from corporate boardrooms to manufacturing facilities. She has worked with art her directors and creatives to transform their concepts and creations into innovative products. This required a high level of tenacity and diplomacy, and I was always thinking outside the box.
Joyner was fortunate enough to complete the largest single transaction of $2.65 million in 2021 in her office. Also, when she joined the Founders Club, she was recognized for Baird & Warner’s highest sales performance.
