Saugerties celebrates Caribbean food, music and culture

Seasoned Gives, a local nonprofit, held its third annual Caribbean Carnival on August 13th at the Cantine Veterans Memorial Field in Saugerties. The event featured food, music, culture, games, face painting and art from the Caribbean island nations and territories. and a craft vendor.The festival was preceded by a parade and a carnival costume contest
