Shawn Mendes is “going therapy” and spending time with his loved ones.
The 23-year-old singer announced last week that she was postponing her world tour to focus on her mental health after reaching a “breaking point” and that she was trying to “take it easy” during a break, but was unable to take the opportunity. I have enjoyed accepting in the past few years.
Asked by TMZ how he’s spending his time, he said, “I spend a lot of time in therapy, taking it easy and spending time with my family that I haven’t been able to.

He wrote on Instagram last week, “It’s heartbreaking to have to say this, but unfortunately we have to postpone our next three week show in Uncasville, Connecticut until further notice. not.
“I’ve been touring since I was 15, and to be honest, it’s always been difficult to travel away from friends and family.
“After a few years away from touring, I felt ready to jump in again, but the decision was premature.
“After speaking with my team and medical professionals, I need to take time to heal and take care of myself and my mental health first and foremost.”
