Great Falls — Just one year ago in Great Falls, a new food trailer called N Thai took the farmers market by storm.
Owners Emm and Nida were amazed at the size of the crowd their trailer drew.
Unlike many food truck and restaurant owners, the duo had no plans to start a food truck, let alone sell food, until their family and friends convinced them that Nida’s food was too good to keep to themselves. .

With that mindset, Emm and his wife Nida made it happen. Emm was responsible for outfitting the modified trailer/camper and Nida took it from there. Over the past year, we’ve been catering for events, running Farmer’s Markets and weekly deliveries.
