Twin Falls Commercial Property Availability

Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Commercial real estate trends are similar to residential real estate trends in Magic Valley, with high demand and low supply.

Colliers Real Estate’s Tami Walker said:

According to JJ Shawver, the Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce has many people interested in starting a business here or expanding into Magic Valley.

“There are so many people trying to expand their business or start a business here in Magic Valley, and I see a lot of them,” says Shawver.

According to Colliers Real Estate’s Tami Walker, there is some work that could help commercial property availability.

“We have some big projects coming up. Twin Falls will add over 1 million square feet of industrial land. Yes,” says Walker.

She also said they expect inflation to plateau and this will help.

“With the price levels projected for 2023-2024, some of these costs have come down and supply chains have improved, so that will also help a lot,” said Walker.

Shawver said he’s happy people understand the value of Twin Falls, but hopes people can work together during this time.

“Things start in the evening. Given the amount of growth we’re seeing in Twin Falls, it’s hard to say when that will be at some point, but I feel we’ll find a way to do so. We will face this and continue to grow,” said Shawver.
